Check-in time is between 2 and 5 p.m. We do not hand out keys prior to 2 p.m. so please plan your arrival accordingly. You must call our office if you plan on arriving after 5 p.m. to make arrangements for key pick-up.
Your check for final payment is due in our office 30 days prior to check-in. NO exceptions will be made.
Check-out time is at 10:00 a.m. unless otherwise noted on your leases. NO exceptions or late check-outs will be allowed. Please follow this schedule for the sake of our cleaners as well as incoming tenants.
No, pets are NOT allowed. Any pet found in or around a rental is grounds for immediate eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid.
No. You will need to reference your lease for bed sizes. Also, be sure to bring plenty of towels. There is a local rental company in the Rental Services area of our website. You can arrange to have them deliver sheets & towels directly to your rental property.
All rentals are furnished with dishes, cookware, silverware, glassware, pillows and bedspreads. Coffee makers, toasters,TV's, VCR's, and phones are usually provided although not guaranteed. Other small appliances, grills and beach chairs are usually NOT provided.
Each rental is charged a reservation processing fee.
Your lease indicates the sleeping capacity of the rental. This represents the MAXIMUM number of people (including children) allowed to stay in the property.
Yes. However, please remember the deposit is non-refundable. If we can re-rent your vacation rental, we will refund your deposit less 15% of the total contract amount. Transfer to other properties are treated as cancellations.
