Dewey Beach Music Conference

Held in September when the weather is just perfect, the music scene in one small town really revs up! Attracting artists from across America, fans and musicians alike gather in Dewey to attend performance showcases and let their true talents shine.

Greyhounds Reach The Beach in Dewey

Held every year in Dewey Beach and recently seen on ABC's national morning show "Good Morning America"! For over 10 years now, usually held in the fall, this event attracts thousands of people along with their retired racing greyhounds to the “Greyhounds Reach the Beach” weekend in Dewey Beach, DE. One highlight of the weekend includes the Greyhounds in Art original art show at The Ruddertowne Complex.

Annual Rehoboth Beach Chocolate Festival

Baking contest, for professionals and amateurs, plus sample tastings held in March at Rehoboth Beach Convention Center. It's a chocolate lover's delight.

University of Delaware Coast Day

Held at the University of Delaware (Hugh R. Sharp) Lewes Campus at 700 Pilottown Road in Lewes. Coast Day offers something for everyone. Visitors enjoy hands-on exhibits, lectures on popular science topics, ship and laboratory tours, crab races, a crab cake cook-off, seafood cooking demonstrations, a boat show, and much more.

Annual Rehoboth Beach Independent Film Festival

A great mix of films to enjoy. It has grown to be a premiere November, Mid-Atlantic cultural event. The five-day Festival now showcases approximately 100 of the best American and international films including features, documentaries, and shorts.

World Championship Punkin' Chunkin'

That's right, I said world championship! Truly an event you can't miss, held the first weekend after Halloween so we can git rid of all these punkins! Now with a new location in Bridgeville.

Rehoboth Beach Autumn Jazz Festival

If you love Jazz then this is the festival for you. You wont want to miss out with past acts like The Miracles, The Neville Brothers, Queen Latifah, Dionne Warwick, Gerald Veasley and his band. Winter

Rehoboth Beach Hometown Christmas Parade

It is always held the first Monday in December along Rehoboth Avenue featuring local marching bands, local groups, floats etc. It's a great time for little ones and the young at heart.

Summer

Annual Rehoboth July 4th Fireworks

Take the shuttle from Route 1 and get a good seat on the beach or boardwalk. Although it is spectacular, this event is funded entirely through your donations! Enjoy the beach weather on a patriotic night.
