Held in September when the weather is just perfect, the music scene in one small town really revs up! Attracting artists from across America, fans and musicians alike gather in Dewey to attend performance showcases and let their true talents shine.
Held every year in Dewey Beach and recently seen on ABC's national morning show "Good Morning America"! For over 10 years now, usually held in the fall, this event attracts thousands of people along with their retired racing greyhounds to the “Greyhounds Reach the Beach” weekend in Dewey Beach, DE. One highlight of the weekend includes the Greyhounds in Art original art show at The Ruddertowne Complex.
Baking contest, for professionals and amateurs, plus sample tastings held in March at Rehoboth Beach Convention Center. It's a chocolate lover's delight.
Held at the University of Delaware (Hugh R. Sharp) Lewes Campus at 700 Pilottown Road in Lewes. Coast Day offers something for everyone. It is always held the first Monday in December along Rehoboth Avenue featuring local marching bands, local groups, floats etc. It's a great time for little ones and the young at heart.
