Rehoboth Beach Citizen of the Year Col. Jack Lingo

Over 200 people gathered in the Rehoboth Beach Convention Center on Sunday Dec 2 for an all-you-can-eat spaghetti feast. Last year's winner of Rehoboth Beach Main Street's Citizen of the Year, Col. Jack Lingo and his wife Peggy Lingo help to serve the "Nicola" pasta. The event helped raise $442 for Main Street and its various community programs. We're proud to be active in our community!
