Immaculate and spacious 4 bedroom plus a Sleeping Loft, 3 bath home just minutes from Silver Lake in the Silver Lake Manor/Dodd's Addition section that is being offered as dog friendly with a $300 non refundable deposit. There is ample parking in the driveway, an open front porch, living dining (with Smart TV in Living Room and Primary Bedroom and High Speed Wifi) and kitchen with wet bar and laundry room on the 1st floor along with a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a private 3/4 bath. A screened porch is off the living area and a garage to store your beach items, also Chargepoint Electric Vehicle Charger that is compatible with all electric vehicles. Second floor has a Sleeping Loft with a Trundle Bed and 2 bedrooms that are adjoined with a full bath and private vanity areas (Jack & Jill bathroom)and each has a queen sized bed. Ensuite bedroom has a king sized bed, a full bath with separate tub, an enormous walk in closet and private deck off the bedroom. A short walk to the beach and boardwalk and beautiful Silver Lake. NO BEACH WEEK OR GRADUATION CELEBRATIONS ARE PERMITTED. GUESTS WILL BE CHARGED A CANCELLATION FEE ( FOR VRBO RENTALS).

The space/rooms were bigger than we expected. Lots of off street parking was a plus. The house was well kept. The kitchen was well stocked with any cookware/utensils you could possibly need. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. It was an easy walk or bike ride to the beach.

Whatever I forgot Jack Lingo Realty remembered and more. Immaculately clean and 15 minute walk to Beach. I would like this to be my regular home. Good job, we loved it!

House is perfect for two families or one large family who wants to spread out. Easy bike ride to the beach and views of Silver Lake. If you like staying in and cooking this house has the best selection of platters and kitchenware. Would stay here again.

This is a lovely home that is better stocked than any other home we've stayed in. Forgot your dish cloth? They have some! Forgot dishwasher tablets? Already there. Need to wash clothes? They have a high end washer and drier. The beds are comfortable, everything is clean, and the entire home is decorated perfectly. We'll definitely plan to stay again.

We spent a week here with our parents and adult children and really enjoyed it. Nice to have a first floor bedroom and full bath for older relatives. Beautiful spacious home with an amazingly well stocked kitchen and an excellent wet bar. Comfortable beds, good TVs, lovely screened porch. We were in envy of this house from the moment we walked in until we left. From the style and decor (which is much like how our house is decorated) to the cleanliness, this is a house that anyone could feel comfortable in. It’s a short walk to the beach and town- you really could park the car in the garage and not need it until you leave. The best part, to us, was the ability to bring our 2 dogs. Stayed here for a week as 6 adults and 1 toddler. This house is nicer than the pictures show. Probably the best stocked kitchen I've ever experienced in a rental. Beach chairs and boogie boards are provided in the garage. Wifi worked great all over the house and we never had any bandwidth issues. Both the beach and downtown Rehoboth are about a 15 minute walk, which we did multiple times each day…Overall this house was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The whole group agreed we would happily stay here again!

Couldn't have a better short-term rental. We had a baby and 20 month along and made all our meals in, the kitchen was fully stocked! Everything was so nice and clean. The garage was handy for pulling in cars especially since part of our time was during a hurricane...we spent a lot of time in the screen-in porch playing games. The beds were comfortable and the 3 bathrooms were very nice. The large driveway gave us space to set up our pickleball net and play around :) The location of this home is fantastic, it's a 3/4 mile walk to the beach. The back streets are really nice for taking walks. This is a place to rent for sure! We will be back. Oh one more thing - it's pet friendly ...loved that for our cockapoo and sons cavapoo :)
