About Larry

Although born and raised in Baltimore, Larry’s family ties to Maryland’s Eastern Shore go back over 280 years. He and his wife, Martha Ann, moved to Delaware in 2011 and live in Millsboro with Bentley and Mollie, their golden retriever and Labradoodle. They have five grown children and eight grandchildren.

A Jack Lingo, REALTOR® Top Producer award recipient, Larry is a retired engineer who previously worked for both the MITRE Corporation and Northrop Grumman Electronic Systems doing research and developing complex DoD and commercial systems. Also, as an independent consultant he supported engineering contracts in both the U.S. and abroad. He taught graduate engineering courses at Johns Hopkins University for 30 years. In his spare time, he is a musician and enjoys playing various acoustic stringed instruments.

Larry and Martha Ann came to Sussex County in search of a more relaxing lifestyle and to enjoy the many natural resources the area has to offer. They bought their first house here from a Jack Lingo, REALTOR® agent, so it was only natural for Larry to join Jack Lingo, REALTOR® when he decided to get into real estate. Larry especially enjoys working with buyers who are new to the area and with whom he can share his knowledge and love of Sussex County.
