Jo-Ann, Sheila – I am not sure if you guys have any formal way of soliciting or collecting feedback on your services but I wanted to pass along how impressed I am with your operation. The high level of customer support you and your entire team provide to both me as a customer and to the tenants as customer has been off the charts. This is our first year with you guys and you offered a discount in your fees for the first year. But based on the past 8 months, I don’t even want to look for alternatives.
