This is an easy walk to the beach and all the Dewey shops. The property is well lived in, so we did not feel we needed to tip toe around, we felt welcome to really live in the home. The roof top deck got great shade and breezes in the evening.
The location is fantastic! Just a smidge over a block from the beach and a quick walk to everything Dewey. The Jolly Trolley is also available to go to Rehoboth although we didn't participate. The kitchen is small, but there is a huge counter space that runs the entire front of the house which makes up for the tiny kitchen. There are fans or AC units (I think 7) that keep the house plenty cool. 3 full bathrooms plus the outdoor shower, so plenty of space if you have a full house. We loved it there!
