Rick is a member of Allison Bateman & Associates at Jack Lingo, REALTOR®. He possesses over 15 years of experience in real estate. He previously spent 21 years as the co-owner and operator of a Coca-Cola Fountain distributorship in the Tri-State area. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of Virginia. He has an expansive background in business and marketing, and he boasts an in-depth knowledge of construction. Rick was a medalist in the 1969 U.S. Junior Amateur Golf Championship, after which he joined the Elite Club. He served on the Kings Creek Country Club Board of Directors from 2014 to 2019. Moreover, he has served as chairman of the Kings Creek Country Club Membership Committee from 2013 to the present.
