Only 1 1/2 blocks to the beach this property is so convenient to walking to the beach and boardwalk! There is plenty of living space with two indoor living rooms, TVs in each bedroom for endless entertainment, an an office space in an upstairs bedroom. There are also new quiet air-conditioning window units installed in 2023. Spend your days at the beach, then come home to relax in the backyard while grilling dinner and soak in the private hot tub. Check with your agent on opening and closing dates of the hot tub. DOG ALLOWED WITH ADDITIONAL $300 DOG FEE PER STAY.
