This nicely appointed Dog Friendly Townhouse is a quick three block walk across Coastal Highway to the beach at Carolina Street to access the beautiful Rehoboth by the Sea and Dewey Beaches. Walking distance to to downtown Dewey and just a little over one mile to downtown Rehoboth to enjoy the Boardwalk, shops and great restaurants. Amenities include a relaxing screened porch, deck with charcoal grill, living room with a futon, dining, powder room and laundry room on the 1st floor. The 2nd floor features an ensuite bedroom with a king bed and 3/4 bath along with a full hall bath and two more bedrooms with 1 queen and 3 twins (1 set bunks + 1 twin). DOG ALLOWED WITH ADDITIONAL $300 DOG FEE PER STAY.
