54 PINE REACH, HENLOPEN ACRES

Situated on a large wooded lot within a fifteen minute walk to the beach or the center of Rehoboth, 54 Pine Reach is ideally situated if you want the convenience of the the area but also the seclusion in a lovely setting. Upon arrival, we rarely use our cars.

The house is a one and one half story period cape cod with natural shake siding and roof. The first floor has a full kitchen with dish washer, coffee maker, and refrigerator with ice maker. The first floor has an ensuite bed room with a queen size bed and a full bath that has been recently renovated. In addition to the living room and dining room, which are furnished with antiques, there is a den with a smart TV, DVD player, and a fold out couch that sleeps two. There is a radio with CD player in the living room. The porch includes comfortable seating, dining for six or eight, and a TV with DVD player. The porch has sliding glass doors so that it can be an open screened porch or air conditioned. The house is set back from the road where the large side porch has excellent breezes and long views. The second floor has three bedrooms; one with a double size bed and twin, one with two twin beds, and a third located over the garage with a double bed. There is a full bath that has been recently renovated. There is a separate air conditioning for the second floor to provide maximum comfort. A washer dryer is located in the basement. There is also an outdoor shower and hammock.

The house comes with three bikes, , barbeque grill and that are stored in the attached garage. Renters will receive a vehicle pass to park on the Henlopen Streets for use of the Henlopen Community Beach.
