Not only are you just a few steps to the ocean and the bay but this ideal summer escape is located on Houston St in North Dewey offering wider beaches with no high-rise buildings and close to many local restaurants and bars while still being conveniently away from the bar noise. Just a short walk takes you into Rehoboth Beach or take the Jolley Trolley at the stop nearby. This is our family beach house and we rent throughout the summer when we don’t use it. No party rentals please. No Smoking. Cleaning fee is included with your stay. Rents Friday to Friday.
