Molly is a proud eight-generation Delawarean with deep roots in Sussex County, offering clients unmatched local knowledge and a genuine passion for the coastal lifestyle she represents. Born in Milford, she graduated from Worcester Preparatory School in 2002 and earned her Bachelor of Arts in English: Media Studies/Communication from High Point University in 2006. Having spent her early years at Indian Beach and growing up in Lewes, Molly brings a true insider's perspective to Delaware's beach communities.

Molly joined Jack Lingo, REALTOR® in 2014, a natural fit given her family's longstanding connection to the brokerage, her late father, attorney Gene Bayard, was best friends with broker Bill Lingo.
