About Shaun

Since joining Jack Lingo, REALTOR® in 2003, Shaun Tull has consistently been a company top producer. His tenacious work ethic and intense drive have helped him and his business partner, Bryce Lingo, close well over $2 billion ($2,000,000,000) in real estate sales. Since partnering with Bryce, one of Coastal Delaware's most experienced and successful brokers, Shaun has ceaselessly cultivated his expertise in moving high-end beach real estate.

In addition to his work in real estate sales, Shaun helped to form and is currently a principal of Jack Lingo, REALTOR'S® affiliate company, Jack Lingo Asset Management (JLAM). JLAM's mission is to develop and manage the Lingo family's land holdings, including the management of joint venture investments and the development of holdings on behalf of passive investors.

Shaun was born and raised in Sussex County, and he is thus a local through and through. Originally from Seaford, he graduated from the University of Delaware and then moved permanently to the state's coastal resort area.
