Carol has been with Jack Lingo, Realtor® for over 30 years. She has been in both sales and rentals and is now the front desk manager. She was born in Annapolis but has lived in Rehoboth for 45 years. Her two daughters were born and raised here and are now both married and now Carol has three grandchildren to cherish.

I wanted to let you know how stellar your rental department is. My experience has been mainly with Carol. Her service is impeccable and her response time is amazing. It is rare to find this in any business but with the advent of Covid as an excuse for poor service, many businesses have degraded the customer experience. The experience with Lingo has always been great and stayed that way throughout the pandemic.

I rent from them every year, off season, and my experience is nothing but excellent. Dave Lambert and Carol Lynch have been nothing short of excellent, and have been good negotiators between owners and renters (especially for things like late checkouts). I was nervous coming back in April, especially right on the heels of the pandemic but the experience was easy, client-centered, and the retrieval of keys was done in a way that was safe. I cannot recommend them higher.
Thanks for everything you did to prepare the property and make sure we had a good outline of what to expect. Very much appreciated.
