Hi Sheila – We are not renewing our reservation for 208 Mariners Court. Our mom passed away in November. Most of us can’t face going back to the beach right now so only a few of the family are using the other condo.
We soooooo appreciate all of the years of special service from you and Lingo Realty. When we are ready to come back we will be sure to give you a call.

Thank you for your help over many years. We had wonderful times in four different houses, all of which you found for us. Working with you to rent a Jack Lingo house was always a good experience. The high level of customer support you and your entire team provide to both me as a customer and to the tenants as customer has been off the charts. This is our first year with you guys and you offered a discount in your fees for the first year. But based on the past 8 months, I don’t even want to look for alternatives.

First, I want to thank all of you for the amazing effort you have undertaken in the constant shuffling with tenants and COVID-19. From our early restriction of NO SHORT TERM RENTALS to easing of restrictions with Phase 1 to the current tightening or restrictions due to the spike in current cases ... you all have been amazing. You are working two to three times harder than a normal summer with all the changes, cancellations, etc., trying to keep both tenants and us as happy as possible under the ever changing restrictions all at the same time of trying to stay protected, safe and healthy! THANK YOU
