Since 2014.

How did you know that Jack Lingo, REALTOR® was the right fit for you?

I love the idea of a family-owned business with strong ties to the community.

How do you think Jack Lingo, REALTOR® differs from other real estate companies?

The legacy of a family business provides the personal touch and strong relationships built over time.

When did you know you wanted to work in the real estate industry?

It was suggested to me by a family member, as they recognized it would be a good fit for my skill sets.

What has been your proudest moment at Jack Lingo, REALTOR® so far?

Its hard to pinpoint one moment, as this career is based on helping folks make some of the most important decisions for their familieswhether just starting out or acheiving the dream of a second home at the beach. I love being part of the process by assisting them in reaching their goals.

Additionally, my proudest moment outside of Jack Lingo, REALTOR® has been my involvement with the Sussex Montessori Public Charter School as a founding member of the board. We offer free access to Montessori-based learning at an amazing facility in Seaford, Delaware. Ultimately it will house grades K–6. The Jack Lingo family of REALTORS® has been very supportive of this effort, and for that I am very thankful.

How long have you been in the real estate business?

20 years.

Where did you go to college?

Lafayette College.

Reveal one of your hidden talents.

I used to play classical violin in orchestras as well as in the pit orchestra for local musicals. It’s been a long time since i’ve played!!!

Name something you could not live without.

My phone: it's become the best way to stay connected to my children and my granddaughter, although in person is always best.

What is your favorite hobby?

I look forward to traveling more, and always reading, reading, reading. Book clubs help me branch out in my reading selections.

When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?

I wanted to be a foreign language interpreter at the U.N.

If you could build anything, what would it be?

A tiny house in a lakefront location.

If you could take a trip anywhere in the world, where would you go?

I want to have an airstream trailer and travel the states to visit family and friends who have relocated.

Who is your personal hero?

My parents, both of whom were amazing in their principles, integrity, personal grit, and achievements. I can only hope to aspire to a fraction of their personal accomplishments and fortitude.

What is your favorite quote?

My mother gave me a bracelet when I was having a difficult time in my life, and it has helped in many situations: “What lies behind you and what lies in front of you pales in comparison to what lies inside you.” Ralph Waldo Emerson
