48 Surf Avenue was a great house! Wonderful amenities for everyone, and the proximity to the beach ramp, just across the road, was a godsend for the guys who always have to carry the heavy things for our gang. The small fridge on the first level was great for drinks and snacks that were going to the beach the next day. Items didn't have to be taken to the 3rd-floor kitchen fridge and then brought back down to be packed for the beach. The 3rd-floor kitchen/family room was a wonderful gathering spot in the morning for breakfast, family meals (when someone cooked), and at the end of the day for conversation and drinks. Thank you for making this happen for 2025.
