The home is wheelchair accessible, with a ramp available if needed to roll up the two small steps from the driveway. The location on a quiet cul-de-sac offers views of the forest, yard and pond, and is just a short walk to the clubhouse and pool. ***RECREATIONAL PASSES: Recreational Passes are needed to enjoy the resort amenities. Passes are only required for those who will be using the amenities. Pre-purchased passes are $100 per weekly pass per person. You may also purchase daily passes for $25 each.
