Follow the short boardwalk to the beach for either a morning stroll along the water or an afternoon relaxing in the sun. Your entire family will enjoy the private beach, and families with small children will appreciate the calm water of the bay. A short bike ride along Lewes' bike path will take you into Cape Henlopen State Park to enjoy swimming in the ocean or fishing off the pier; a longer ride will take you along the scenic Gordons Pond Trail to Rehoboth Beach. The community of Pilot Point has two tennis courts, if you�re up for a match. End the day with happy hour and snacks while watching a fabulous sunset from the second floor deck. While you�re here, be sure to explore historic downtown Lewes and its fine restaurants and shops.
