Welcome to the first town in the first state, the historic town of Lewes Delaware! And welcome to your home away from home--Seamont! This cozy 4-bedroom 2 bath beach cottage sleeps 10 and features the character of the past with conveniences of the present. Located the beach side of Cedar Street and Vermont Avenue, it's a short walk from your front door to the over the dune path and the beach. For those times you don't feel like going to the beach, there's plenty of opportunity to relax, play games, or dine on the big, colorful screened porch.

Nautically decorated with themes of the coast, the 4 bedrooms feature a variety of sizes of beds and mattress firmness (1 King, 2 Queens, 1 Twin over Full bunk) and an extra mattress topper if needed. A sofa bed is located in the living room for extra guests. You are renting the first and second floor with access to a laundry area with a washer and dryer in the basement. An outside shower, gas grill and picnic table can be found outside for your use. Parking is easy with a driveway that fits 2 vehicles with additional street parking available.

Dogs are welcome with an additional Pet Fee. Weekly rentals run Friday to Friday in the high season. 3 Night rental options are available for the shoulder seasons.
