Michael is a spectacular agent and individual, I might add. I was looking for a handicapped accessible home and community that accommodates my needs as well as my brothers. And we were looking from out of town. Michael understood exactly what we needed within our price range and flexibly worked with our schedule. He didn’t waste our time showing us inappropriate properties. Due to travel restrictions because of the virus, he even did the walk through for me. I am an out of state buyer. I originally contacted Mike by phone after reading other positive reviews and was impressed. I explained the type of home I was looking for and Mike responded via email with specific types of properties that met my profile and within my budget. We had further conversations by phone regarding specific areas where we might settle if we purchased a property. Best realtor I have ever dealt with. Took is out to look at many different listings. Very knowledgeable of the area. Put an offer in that same day. After the offer was accepted he helped us with all of the utility changeover information and set us up with some local contractors he knew that could make some changes we wanted done as soon as we moved it. All around great guy and really goes the extra mile!

Mike spent many many hrs over a 2 yr period showing me lots and homes in the area. Mike was the realtor who handled the sale of my resort condo, and I couldn't have made a better choice.
