How long have you been with Jack Lingo, REALTOR®?
I started part-time with JLR in November 2021 and became a full-time agent 1 year ago!
How did you know that Jack Lingo, REALTOR® was the right fit for you?
It is apparent from meeting anyone who works for Jack Lingo, REALTOR® that this is a family company. And not only in the generations of Lingos who work here, but because being a part of the staff makes you feel like you’re part of a family. Coming into real estate, trying to balance a new career and family, I’ve felt very supported by this family-oriented environment.
When did you know you wanted to work in the real estate industry?
As a kid, my family moved several times for my dad’s job. I always loved the way a new-to-us home signified a fresh start and new beginnings. It’s so exciting to re-imagine a property and put your own spin on it! A house is such a significant purchase, I love that I get to be along for that ride when I’m working with buyers! Plus, who didn’t spend part of the early 2010s wanting to be Joanna Gaines?
What has been your proudest moment at Jack Lingo, REALTOR® so far?
My proudest moment was the first time I got to tell a buyer that their offer was accepted! I began my real estate career at the height of multiple offer market craziness, so having an offer accepted during that time was extra sweet!
How long have you been in the real estate business?
A year and a half. Jack Lingo, REALTOR® is the first real estate company I’ve worked for!
Where did you go to college?
I did my undergrad at Saint Joe’s University in Philadelphia (the hawk will never die) and my master's in college counseling at UD!
Reveal one of your hidden talents.
I can detect the slightest hint of red pepper in any food. I do not like red peppers.
Name something you could not live without.
My family, sunshine, and margaritas. Three-way tie 😊
What is your favorite hobby?
Reading and decorating my house.
When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?
I wanted to own a bookstore like 'The Shop Around the Corner' in 'You’ve Got Mail'.
If you could take a trip anywhere in the world, where would you go? Why would you go there?
So hard to choose! Probably the Mediterranean for the food, culture, and wine!
