I cannot say enough good things about Zane Jones. He came highly recommended by a friend and exceeded my very high expectations! Zane helped me sell my elderly father's home after my father had to move north to be near us. He went above and beyond to help us prepare the home for sale and manage the entire process remotely. My father had lived there for a few decades, and the house was therefore not easy to sell - but Zane was highly communicative, excellent at managing expectations around the process and likely pricing, and went above and beyond to make it easy. He worked hard at the sale - lots of marketing and open houses. He also had terrific recommendations for service people for repairs, cleaning, paint, etc. He even helped us track down the window warranty to get older windows replaced for free (including locating and taking photos of each window's ID number and then being there for installation). Not to mention, he is always upbeat and can-do. I would happily work with him again in a second. Hire him!

It's hard to put into words how exceptional Zane was to work with. Outstanding. Immensely helpful. Unfailingly patient. That's a meager start, because he was really so much more than those things. I met Zane through friends who had recently used him as their listing agent and gave him an excellent recommendation. I was looking somewhat recreationally at first; I knew I wanted to relocate permanently to Rehoboth, but I wasn't in a hurry. Even knowing that I was most likely not going to purchase a home imminently, Zane was generous with his time and took me to see lots of places. On one of our drive-arounds, Zane added a home that I had seen on MLS, but frankly it hadn't stood out to me. I said fine, I'd see it, but my expectations were low. It was not in a neighborhood I had considered, but once there, I could see how fantastic it was. I would have never looked at that house without Zane's input. And now I own it. It will be my dream house. I had pre-planned travel coming up right after my offer was accepted. This left Zane to handle the inspection solo, as well as so many other tasks. He was fastidious in his communications with me (I was in Australia, so our clocks were opposite!) so I always felt secure in knowing things were on track. There were many follow-ups on inspection items and the like, and Zane handled all that efficiently. Zane knew that I was juggling a lot of balls at once (buying, selling, doing my job, etc.), and he had an intuitive sense of when I needed an extra hand to make a call on my behalf. I would use Zane again in a heartbeat. He is grace under pressure. He is organized and focused. He is friendly and personable. He is knowledgeable. He has integrity. He is everything I needed.

I don't know if I can express just how much I enjoyed working with Zane. My husband and I had been casually looking for a new home for a while and when we knew we were ready to buy, we called Zane to help us through the process. We originally met Zane when exploring properties in the Rehoboth Beach area in early September, either for an investment or our forever home. Zane was able to take us on tour of a number of places on our short visit which did not pan out. I was expecting to hire an old friend to buy a home in DE. She had retired. So, I was passed off to Zane. It was the absolute best thing to happen.
