The many features include an open floor plan with large living area, spacious dining area and breakfast bar, 1st floor primary bedroom with a queen sized bed and private bath, and 4 additional bedrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors each with their own bathroom. Plenty of off street parking and two Rehoboth Beach parking permits are provided for your use. There is also a refreshing enclosed outside shower for use after a relaxing day at the beach, front porch and 2nd floor balcony overlooking the pool. Make this your next vacation home in Rehoboth Beach! Linens are not provided. Pool openings are not guaranteed in the off season. NO BEACH WEEK OR GRADUATION CELEBRATIONS ARE PERMITTED.
