We loved the property - it was way more spacious than it looked from the online pictures, and we really enjoyed being so close to the beach and having the nice garage for all our bikes to be stored in at night. We rented an adorable, cozy, clean apartment for a terrific week at the beach. Amanda from Lingo went above and beyond the call of duty -- from delivering a blanket to checking the molding for wasps (yikes!). We really appreciated Lingo's attentive service.

We had an excellent experience using Jack Lingo for our Rehoboth Beach rental. Amanda Barnes was responsive and kept in touch throughout the rental process. The checkin was very well run and we were in our rental by 3:15. It was exactly as advertised. When we had an issue with an upstairs AC unit on a Sunday, a repairman, Curtis, was sent out. He solved the problem by replacing the unit on the spot! Great service! We would definitely use Jack Lingo again!

My husband and I had not been on vacation for a very long time. We finally decided that 2021 was the year. Only thing was, I wanted to bring my 2 small dogs with so I needed to rent a house with a fully fenced in yard. I had started looking around different do it yourself sites when I realized I needed help. I reached out to Jack Lingo, started working with Amanda and within the hour she had emailed me a list of houses WITH fully fenced in yards at the beach I wanted that were available for that season...mind you I emailed her in April. Within the week we committed to a property and had the contract signed by the end of the week. I recieved updated emails to remind me of my trip...like I was going to forget lol, things to bring, things to remember, where to go to pick up keys and everything I possibly could have needed. The day came, we picked up our keys headed over to our rental...and had a BLISSFUL week. The house was perfect! Amanda made it so easy. Cannot wait to get an email in the Fall to book our vacation for 2022. Hands down best decision calling Amanda. I did not have to worry about a thing.

I have rented in RB through Lingo every year for the past 12, using the same 2 agents, Lynn Larkin & Amanda Barnes. I never had a problem, in fact, there were times they gave me great advise on which rentals to look at, in order to best accommodate my large family. One year, I recall going back & forth on 2 different rentals so many times, I was afraid they'd "blacklist" me entirely from rentals in the future. This year, COVID, turned the world upside-down & though our annual trip to RB was in jeapardy, it seemed minor compared to the scope of this global tragedy. I reached out to my agents via email & they explained what they were able to do contractually, which I understood. It was a waiting game which we "won" in the end. Our place was clean & thoroughly sanitizer & although our favorite places were closed, or only seating outdoors, RB was still beautiful & our vacation was relaxing & enjoyable. Thank you for a job well-done, as usual! Hope to see you next year. Thanks again.
