April acquired her real estate license in 1982 and joined the sales team at Jack Lingo, REALTOR® in 1991. She utilizes her customer service skills and knowledge of the Sussex County, Delaware real estate market to list and sell homes, and she has more than 35 years of real estate experience. She was involved in marketing and assisting in the development of the Lewes communities of Wolfe Pointe and Hawskeye. She understands that a good work ethic, great negotiating abilities, knowledge of the market, honesty, patience, and great people skills are necessary to ensure each client an excellent buying or selling experience. April and her husband have two married sons, both of whom live in the Lewes area with their families. She is involved with a variety of local organizations, including VIA (Village Improvement Association of Rehoboth Beach), Cape Community Fund, Lewes Little League (as coach, past secretary, and manager of the concession stand), and her church. Moreover, she has served as past president and secretary of her community's HOA board for over 9 years. Born and raised in Sussex County, Delaware, April graduated from Cape Henlopen High School. She worked as a secretary in a real estate company before becoming a REALTOR®. Additionally, she and her husband owned and operated a construction business for over 40 years.
