Ava Seaney Cannon has enjoyed the world-class resorts of Rehoboth Beach and Dewey Beach since graduating from the University of Florida in 1986. A consistent top producer at Jack Lingo, REALTOR®, she specializes in representing both buyers and sellers in real estate transactions. She loves her career and her long-term professional relationships. Her clientele recognizes and appreciates this fact, and they return to her again and again. In 2012, she closed over $12 million in real estate sales transactions. Ava and her husband, Gary, made Rehoboth Beach, Delaware their home in 1994 and have raised their three children there. She has been the race director for the Dewey Beach Sprint Triathlon for 23 years. This race currently benefits both United Through Sport USA and Pathways to Success. Moreover, she was the recipient of the 2005 Mary Alice Devane Spirit Award for her significant commitment to the Sussex Family YMCA, where she has served on the board of directors for over 16 years. She also volunteers with the Joshua M. Freeman Foundation, her children's lacrosse and field hockey teams, and various other community organizations.
