Ava Seaney Cannon grew up in Northern Florida in a small town called Palatka. She graduated from the University of Florida in 1986 and then headed to Washington, DC because she wanted to work on Capitol Hill. Never one to miss a good time, she soon joined a beach house in Dewey Beach. She’s been enjoying the area ever since and made Rehoboth her full-time home in 1994. Her three girls were all born here and can call themselves Beebe Babies. She has been a consistent top producer at Jack Lingo REALTOR, where she represents both buyers and sellers in sales transactions. Her clients recognize and appreciate her steadfast commitment and love of her job so her workload is comprised of many previous clients and their referrals. She served on the board of the Sussex Family YMCA for many years, was the race director of the Dewey Beach Triathlon for 26 years, and is currently on the board of Pathways to Success and her local HOA.
