Great location, a beach block in South Rehoboth. It was clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. It had a big kitchen and was close to shopping and restaurants. Our agent was quick to respond on our first day. Will continue with Lingo!

We recently spent a wonderful week at the beach. The condo we rented on Kennet Lane was great. It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed during our stay. The availibility of two bicycles was an added plus and we were able to explore the great bike trails in the area. We were close to the beach, yet away from the hustle and bustle of town life, unless we wanted to partake. My rental agent, David Lambert, was exceptional. He answered his phone! He returned emails and was very knowledgable and helpful. We will be back! Thank you Jack Lingo for another great vacation in Rehoboth Beach!

I rent from them every year, off season, and my experience is nothing but excellent. Dave Lambert and Carol Lynch have been nothing short of excellent, and have been good negotiators between owners and renters (especially for things like late checkouts). I was nervous coming back in April, especially right on the heels of the pandemic but the experience was easy, client-centered, and the retrieval of keys was done in a way that was safe. I cannot recommend them higher.

Thanks for everything you did to prepare the property and make sure we had a good outline of what to expect. Very much appreciated.

We contacted Dave Lambert at Jack Lingo Real Estate very late in the season to helps find a 3 week rental in Rehoboth Beach Delaware. He was very attentive and patient as we weighed our options and while we were tenants. He came to the rental house several times, often after office hours, as we had some technical issues and some administrative questions. He was always professional, knowledgeable and kind. Others in our family have used Dave’s services and all concur that he makes the process very easy!
