Julie is local to the Cape Henlopen region and brings extensive knowledge of the area to her career as a REALTOR®. Her business approach is to guide and advise. She listens to her clients needs and matches them to the right property. She has been employed by the Cape Henlopen School District since 1989. Her teaching positions have given her years of experience in building relationships around trust and confidence. She holds an Associate of Science in business, a Bachelor of Science in primary education, and a Master of Science in instructional technology. Her decision to enter real estate arose from her love of houses, her passion for the Cape Henlopen region, and her desire to help people achieve their goals. She resides in Lewes with her husband, Rick, who is a local head boat captain. They have two children.
