Kathleen Wood was born and raised in Lewes, Delaware. She now resides in Rehoboth Beach with her husband, Greg, who is also a REALTOR®. She possesses a degree in business administration/finance from American University in Washington, D.C. She worked in the budget department of MCI for 5 years and in the banking industry (for what is now Bank of America) for 5 years. Afterwards, she took time to raise her two children, Zachary and Caitlin. Kathleen and Greg work together as the Wood Team and are very knowledgeable of the Lewes and Rehoboth Beach areas.
