My family has stayed at the property at 20 Pennsylvania Ave for several years now, and we have definitely enjoyed the many improvements the owner has made to the property. We love the king size beds in many of the rooms, and the new living area in what was the garage is great...anytime we've had a maintenance concern, it has been handled quickly. We have nothing but great things to say about Jack Lingo, and we appreciate all the improvements the owner has been making on his property over the years.

We enjoyed our week and our unit was quite nice. The air conditioning worked very well and the furniture was comfortable. The cleaning service also did a good job, as the house was nice and clean when we arrived. We have rented from several agencies in the area, and yours is the first to actually be thoughtful enough to send a thank you and ask for suggestions.
