Lily has been an active member of the Rehoboth Beach community since 2002. Her many local roles have included small business owner, BBB of DE board member, and event planner for the Cancer Support Community. Additionally, her busy volunteer schedule has included the Ann Hsu Memorial Fund, The Glade POA, The Glade Children's Food Drive, Atlantic Lacrosse, Worcester Preparatory School, Rehoboth Beach Public Library, and many other organizations. Lily relocated to Rehoboth Beach after a demanding +15-year career as an event planner and fundraiser in the Philadelphia area. Her degree in design from Drexel University fostered an aesthetic and work ethic that proved highly successful in her field. Lily's desire to become a REALTOR® developed as a result of overseeing her family's residential and commercial interests along the East Coast. Raising her two children at the beach has given her a love and appreciation for Sussex County, and she is eager to share her enthusiasm with both buyers and sellers. She is fluent in Cantonese.
