Originally from Durham, NC, Nick moved to Sussex County in 2001 after studying philosophy at Virginia Wesleyan College. He spent the summer in Rehoboth Beach and never left. He has a background in property and rental management as well as in leasing consulting. He previously worked for Jack Lingo Asset Management and Windward Communities.
