A native of suburban Philadelphia, Rick has had a varied career in sales and service positions across multiple industries. He has managed an international data network fault management group for MCI, sold software for CA Technologies, and acted as a market manager for Total Wine & More. He has spent decades building relationships as well as worked through complicated issues for companies and individuals alike.
