Shirley Kalvinsky was recently awarded the designation of REALTOR® Emeritus. This designation is only awarded to REALTORS® who possess 40 continuous years of experience in the real estate industry. A nominee must have served in some capacity at the national, state, and local levels of real estate organizations. Shirley has served as president of the New Castle County Board of REALTORS®, second vice president of the Sussex County Association of REALTORS®, second vice president of the Delaware Association of REALTORS®, and member of the Equal Opportunity Committee of the National Association of REALTORS®. She has served as chair of many committees for both state and local real estate associations. She currently serves as a member of both the Sussex County Association of REALTORS® Professional Standards Committee as well as the Professional Development Committee of the Delaware Association of REALTORS®. Named REALTOR® of the Year and Educator of the Year twice, Shirley is also a NAR-trained mediator. She has been awarded the Five Star Professional REALTOR® designation for the past several years. She and her business partner, Randy Mason, are continuous "Top Producer" and "Top/Most Transactions" honorees at Jack Lingo, REALTOR®. They have earned brokerage awards from 2007 through 2024. Shirley is also a senior certified REALTOR® Education Instructor, a member of the New Castle County Board of REALTORS® Hall of Fame, and a recipient of numerous other REALTOR® awards. She publishes articles for the Sussex County Association of REALTORS® monthly newsletter, and she is a member of the Property Acquisition Committee of Sussex County Habitat for Humanity. She was recently awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award by Sussex County Association of Realtors. Shirley is a Delaware native and has served Rehoboth Beach, Dewey Beach, Lewes Beach, Bethany Beach, Milton, Millsboro, and surrounding regions for over 47 years.
