Jack Lingo, Inc., REALTOR'S® Rehoboth Beach rental team organizes an annual collection of funds during the holiday season. These funds are distributed to needy families throughout the region. Before distribution, however, Jack Lingo, Inc., REALTOR® matches these funds. This year, the funds were presented to the Good Ole Boy Foundation:
Karen Maull, REALTOR® and rental agent, is a member of the Sussex County Association of REALTORS® Community Foundation board. She is also the chairperson of the foundation's Shopping Day committee. Karen was one of several REALTORS® from around Sussex County, Delaware who gathered in early December to shop for needy families so that these families could have an enjoyable Christmas.
Jack Lingo, Inc., REALTOR® is extremely proud of Allyn Wagamon, Bill Wagamon, and Suzanne Landon for volunteering and leading fundraising efforts for the Beebe Healthcare Medical Foundation!
During the annual Delaware Association of REALTORS® (DAR) Conference held in Dover, Suzanne Landon, REALTOR® was honored with the 2014 Good Neighbor Award. Suzanne was selected for her dedication to and support of the Cancer Support Community of Delaware. Additionally, at the conference, Camilla Conlon was voted as treasurer for DAR.

Jack Lingo, Inc., REALTOR® is a proud supporter of the Sussex Family YMCA. One of the company's star agents, Ava Cannon, REALTOR® is the creator of the Dewey Beach Triathlon. Entering it's 19th year, this Triathlon raises funds for YMCA programs dedicated to children in our region. Ava is also on the board of directors of the Sussex Family YMCA.
Carrie Lingo, an Olympic athlete and REALTOR®, recently returned to her alma mater to volunteer for Cape Henlopen High School's field hockey team (a team of state champions, we must add)!
