On December 7th, 2017, the Sussex County Association of REALTORS® (SCAOR) Community Foundation - Sussex Strong spent the day wrapping gifts at the Rusty Rudder in Dewey Beach, Delaware. The gifts were purchased with funds raised at the annual Sussex Strong Gala and auction.
Working from the children's wish list, the volunteer shoppers purchased gifts for over 345 children from throughout Sussex County, Delaware. The Sussex County Associations of REALTORS® Community Foundation also provided food gift cards for more than 100 families.

The Rehoboth Beach Film Society prepared to roll out the red carpet for the 20th annual Rehoboth Beach Independent Film Festival. Jack Lingo, Inc., REALTOR® was a proud sponsor. Jack Lingo, Inc., REALTOR® was a proud sponsor of the Lucy Crowe “Run For The Paws” 2017 Seashore Striders 5K & 1-Mile Pet Walk. This event took place in August 2017.
The event was a huge success, raising $7,500.00. Funds were split and directed to Grass Roots Rescue & Brandywine Valley SPCA in Delaware.

The agents and staff at Jack Lingo, Inc., REALTOR® are very proud of the Lingo Family for the family's recent recognition by the Sussex County Association of REALTORS (SCAOR) at Sussex Strong Foundation Annual Gala.
The SCAOR Community Service Foundation's 2017 Humanitarian Award was presented to the Lingo family in honor of the late Colonel Jack Lingo. This award was presented on account of the family's long-time support and commitment to SCOAR Community Service Foundation as well as to the citizens of Sussex County, Delaware.
This award recognizes individuals and organizations whose service to the community exemplifies both social responsibility as well as the charitable purposes of the foundation.
Bill Lingo, broker of record at Jack Lingo, Inc., REALTOR®, accepted this award on the behalf of the Lingo family. Bill stated, “On the behalf of our company, my agents, and my staff, we are so proud to be a part of the “Sussex Strong” organization. Now in its 44th year, the Rehoboth Art League's Outdoor Fine Art & Fine Craft Show was underwritten by Jack Lingo, Inc., REALTOR®, a proud supporter of the art league for five generations. The show was held Fridays and Saturdays, August 5, 6, 12, and 13, 2017.

Since 1973, the Outdoor Art Show has been held on the art league's historic grounds in Henlopen Acres, Delaware, just outside of Rehoboth Beach city limits. This year, the 44th Annual Outdoor Show continued some longtime traditions while also offering new amenities.
Beyond the exquisite artwork which the event brought to Rehoboth Beach, this art showcase event offered attendees live music, artwork demos, children's activities, face painting, and indoor/outdoor seating to enjoy delicious food by Nage and The Point. Beverages were served courtesy of Dogfish Head Brewery. The Rehoboth Art League provided complimentary transportation to and from the event via the Jolly Trolley Shuttle.
