Tjark Bateman joins Jack Lingo, Inc., REALTOR® after 25 years of customer service experience, working within his family business, and recent entrepreneurial ventures. Born and raised in Sussex County, Delaware, he is a 1990 graduate from High Point College with a Bachelor of Science in business economics.
As founding board member of Community Bank Delaware, Tjark is active in the community and supports local and national groups like Rehoboth Beach Historical Society & Museum, Rehoboth Beach Art League, Children’s Beach House, Joseph Jeffery Stein III Foundation, Wings of Hope, and Jimmy V. Foundation (to name a few). He is a past member of the Rehoboth Beach Planning and Zoning Board and the State of Delaware Environmental Appeals Board.
Tjark enjoys spending time with his family, and he relishes the outdoors as well as all activities that come with it. He lives in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware with his wife and daughter.

Over the past five years, our rental department has worked hard to coordinate a food donation program for the Cape Henlopen Food Basket. Many people within our community have benefited from this effort.
Carrie Elizabeth Lingo of Rehoboth Beach, Delaware and Michael Murray Padgett of Greenville, South Carolina were married on Saturday, December 28, 2013. The couple stunned guests when their engagement party at a private home in Rehoboth Beach suddenly transformed into an intimate wedding ceremony and reception. Carrie and Murray met in Coronado, California, where Murray was stationed with the Navy and Carrie was training with the US Field Hockey team. The couple decided to move to back to the East Coast permanently and start their lives together in Sussex County, Delaware. Not only are they husband and wife, but they are also real estate partners. The couple formed the Lingo-Padgett Real Estate Team for Jack Lingo, Inc., REALTOR® and will work together out of the Lewes office.
After a successful thirty-year career with the Cape Henlopen and Milford school districts, Kathy Reinhart adds her own tradition of "excellence, knowledge, and professionalism" to that of Jack Lingo, Inc., REALTOR® . A native of Sussex County, Delaware, Kathy benefits from an extensive knowledge of Rehoboth Beach and Dewey Beach. As a rental agent, Kathy looks forward to helping you find the rental property that will make your vacation an unforgettable joy.
GREG WOOD - Originally from Hampton, Va., Greg earned a BA from Dickinson College and an MBA from The College of William and Mary. He began his professional career as a financial analyst for Suburban Bank ( now Bank of America ) in Rockville, Md. and later joined the Real Estate Finance Department as a lender, specializing in commercial construction and short term mortgage financing. While working at the bank, Greg met his wife Kathie, a Lewes native, and in 1990, they moved to Rehoboth where Greg became president of Hocker Manufacturing Co., Inc,, a position he held until the company's sale in 2007. Over the years, Greg and Kathie have been involved in a number of real estate transactions as investors and renovators and found working in real estate sales to be a natural transition for them. Greg has served on Small Business Advisory Council for the Philadelphia Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank, the Board of Directors for the Rehoboth Beach Little League, the Advisory Board of The Rookery Golf Course and various fund raising committees for local school and athletic projects. Beyond real estate, one of Greg's passions is music and he can be seen around the area drumming and singing in the band "33 1/3." KATHIE WOOD - Kathleen Wood was born and raised in Lewes, Delaware and resides in Rehoboth Beach with her husband, Greg, who is also a REALTOR®. She has a degree in Business Admin - Finance from American University in Washington, DC. She worked in the Budget Department of MCI for five years, and in the banking industry (now Bank of America) in the Office of the Controller for five years before taking time to raise two children, Zachary and Caitlin. While home with her children, Kathleen started The Superior Interior, which provides custom window treatments, blinds and interior decorating services. Kathleen and her husband, Greg, work together as The Wood Team and are very knowledgeable of the Lewes - Rehoboth area. They look forward to assisting you with all of your real estate needs.
