Chelsea Allen was born and raised in Delaware. She graduated from the University of Delaware and is a proud Blue Hen. After living in both New York City and Annapolis, MD, she eventually decided to set down roots where she had her first job at age 14—Rehoboth Beach. She has joined the highly successful Carrie Lingo Team as a sales agent in our Lewes office and is eager to provide personalized, professional, and enthusiastic service to both buyers and sellers. Alyssa Bishop-Torres has been working in the Rehoboth Beach and Dewey Beach area vacation rental industry for 12 years, and she is excited to begin a new career with our Rehoboth Beach rental department. A North Carolina native, she has lived in Delaware for 13 years and now calls the state “home.” She loves the Delaware Beaches and enjoys finding her clients the perfect vacation rental. Trevor Costello was born and raised in Lewes and graduated from Cape Henlopen High School. He then attended the University of Delaware, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. After graduation, he moved to Philadelphia and began his career as a residential leasing agent, specializing in the Center City condo market. As an agent in our Rehoboth Beach office, he is well-positioned to help you find the perfect seasonal or vacation rental property at the beach. Brandon Duran was born and raised in Denver, Colorado. In 2004, his family moved to Lewes. He integrated himself into the small beach town through both education and community outreach, and he has now brought his excellent customer service and resolution skills (along with smiles and positivity!) to his work in Sussex County's real estate industry. Lily Hsu Gosnear has been an active member of the Rehoboth Beach community since 2002. She relocated to Coastal Delaware after a demanding +15-year career as an event planner and fundraiser in the Philadelphia area. Her desire to become a REALTOR® developed as a result of overseeing her family's residential and commercial interests along the East Coast.
