Q: How long have you been with Jack Lingo, REALTOR®?
I started with Jack Lingo, REALTOR in the summer of 2015 and joined the Bryce Lingo & Shaun Tull Team in October of that year.
Q. How did you know that Jack Lingo, REALTOR® was the right fit for you?
My grandmother, Shirley Kalvinsky, is a consistent top producer within the company and provided me with exposure to the real estate industry at a young age. Watching her success and listening to her speak highly of the company made Jack Lingo, REALTOR® the natural choice when entering in the industry.
Q. How do you think Jack Lingo, REALTOR® differs from other real estate companies?
The biggest difference is that Jack Lingo, REALTOR is a family-owned company. By staying local, maintaining strong relationships within the community, and giving back, the company achieves top market share in Sussex County year after year.
Q. What has been your proudest moment at Jack Lingo, REALTOR® so far?
Being named the Featured Agent for Jack Lingo, REALTOR®! What a huge compliment that is for me as there are so many exceptional, successful agents that work here! I am also deeply proud of working with wonderful clients to help them buy their dream homes, or sell their homes. I love seeing my clients happy…which is why I do this!
Q. Where did you go to college?
The University of Delaware.
Q. When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?
A pastry chef. I loved baking in my EasyBake Oven and would sneak into the kitchen to try and create my own recipes. I also have fond memories of cooking with my grandmother and helping my parents in the kitchen when they owned a Bed & Breakfast.
Q. If you could build anything, what would it be?
I would love to build a greenhouse. One of my favorite hobbies is gardening and cooking what we grow. My son loves it too and sharing that with him year round would be great!
