A Jersey girl who moved to the Plantation Lakes section of Millsboro, Delaware two years ago to be near the beaches, Joan, together with her husband, Gordon, wanted to be able to live in a much more affordable area. Joan came to Delaware with 40 years of residential real estate experience, which included marketing and selling new homes and resales as well as representing estates, first-time buyers, relocating buyers, sellers, down-sizers, and retirees. She became a REALTOR® in Delaware and went to work in a Bethany Beach office. It was then that she realized that more knowledge of the area was something she needed, so she took some time off while learning local geography. Confident that she can now represent buyers and sellers in their real estate transactions, she has joined the office of Jack Lingo, REALTOR® in Millsboro and looks forward to helping you with all your real estate needs.
