108 SCARBOROUGH AVENUE, REHOBOTH BEACH

Our family rented 108 Scarborough for a week this summer. This is our third summer to rent a house in Rehoboth, and I believe we have found a forever home at 108 Scarborough! The property more than fit our needs with the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom (queen) with attached bath on the first floor was perfect for guests who did not want to climb stairs. The twin bedroom was also downstairs and had a bathroom in the hall. The second master upstairs (also queen) was very comfortable, with an ensuite bathroom with both a tub and shower. The two other queen bedrooms on the second floor shared a Jack and Jill bathroom. An added bonus was a small room upstairs with a large chair that would make into a twin size bed! That room had a table and two chairs along with a TV and would be perfect for children who like to play games or hang out away from the adults. The kitchen was nicely appointed with everything we would need (I would recommend that if you are a serious cook you bring your own knives as the knives there were not very sharp!). We enjoyed using the gas grill to do hamburgers and chicken on two nights. The screened in porch was wonderful and we used it a lot during the first few days when temperatures were cooler, however, the 95 degree days drove us indoors in the afternoons! Best of all was the location. It was just a two block walk to the main drag of Rehoboth Beach and there were plenty of restaurants and shops available to us. We would highly recommend 108 Scarborough - just don't book on our week next year!
