Rental Testimonials

All staff at Jack Lingo, REALTOR® were spectacular, especially Heather. She responded quickly to questions and was very pleasant. Thank you very much, homeowners and realtors. Our family made forever memories this week. We are interested in renting this property next year over Memorial Day week again.
We love the property, the house is beautiful, and the updates were really well done. The kitchen renovations and updates to furniture in the main living area, along with the bed updates, were all great as well. That said, one of the standout elements of this house is the wonderful front porch set up, as with our family, the bulk of our time was spent either sitting out on the porch with the dogs, reading on the rockers/swing, or inside in the ample seating in living room to watch football game or possibly play games at long dining table.

The house, though on a well-traveled road, feels somewhat remote and quiet. It is an extremely easy walk into town, to restaurants, or the boardwalk. It is also a convenient location for bike rides to both the Gordon Pond and Breakwater Junction trails, in addition to the public tennis/pickleball courts. We typically book rounds of golf while in town, and the property is very close to both Baywood, Bear Trap, and the Rookery... all of which are really nice courses, as well as a wide number of nearby breweries between Dewey, Rehoboth, and Lewis. While it isn't a great walk to the beach (not necessarily that far but along a well-trafficked road without sidewalks), I believe the only thing we used the parking passes for was to load chairs, an umbrella, etc. into the car to drive down and park in the lot by the beach access to offset that walk.

We love the house and are hoping that it is available again next year for our growing family. We look forward to the "office" room upstairs serving as a potential room to serve as a nursery room of sorts.
