Walk to local restaurants, shops, nightlife, and bay activities, or hop on the Jolly Trolley (during peak season) for a quick ride to Rehoboth Beach for dining, shopping, and the boardwalk. This renovated front cottage sleeps 7 and features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (a full hall bath with tub/shower and a private ensuite with shower), and a spacious open floor plan. Each bedroom includes a flat-screen TV. Outside, relax on the front flagstone patio with Adirondack chairs or the charming private back deck with enclosed outdoor shower. Plus a fenced stone dog run along the side of the house. Parking includes 2 off-street spaces plus 2 Dewey Beach street permits. Park your car and never have to worry about driving. Beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and sand toys included. Please note towels & linens are not provided. Dogs are welcome with a $300 pet fee.
