31 1/2 1ST STREET, REHOBOTH BEACH

We Had a great vacation and look forward to our 18th year at 5 Harbor!

We are renting the house at 120 Rodney for the week of September 5-12th. We are having a fantastic time and really love this house!! What a beautiful property! We are looking forward to the possibility of staying here again next year.

This is our 4th year in the row coming to Rehoboth for the First Rites volleyball tournament. We are five families that spend the summer weekends travelling up and down the east coast watching our kids compete in volleyball tournaments. In the first two years we opted for hotels at $200-250/night. Lodging and 3 meals/day cost us over $400/day/family. In the 3rd year we got smart and economical. We rented a $600/night "quaint" rental on the south end of the beach. The grass was over 3 feet high, two shutters were broken and hung by rusted screws, the house smelled like mold and something hard to label, and the coach roaches....Good location for a horror movie, not great for a weekend getaway. This, our 4th year, we decided to go big. When we pulled up to 9 Delaware Avenue, we literally, the 18 of us literally, stood there for 5 minutes, mouths open, staring up at this beautiful blue gem, with its screened-in-porch and manicured lawn. The kids jumped up and down like banshees. The adults, who've been through the "don't judge a book by its cover" school were a little leery about what we'd find inside. Inside. We found a home that would've been in the "Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous", if the show were still on air. At the risk of sounding like country bumpkins fascinated by city folks and their fancy ways, we were unexpectedly swept away by the wonderful interior. Beautiful, polished hardwood floors. Granite countertops. Kitchen had everything down to teaspoons. Very open floor plan that allowed for easy flow of traffic. We never felt cramped at any time this weekend. Plenty of bedrooms and space in the bedrooms. Bathrooms were spotless and bright and decorated with insightful taste. Everything, everywhere was CLEAN.

We were a block from the boardwalk, but didn't hear the boardwalk noise. The only obnoxious noises we had to deal with unfortunately came from our own children. Rehoboth Ave is 2 blocks away. A lot of restaurants nearby but we cooked all our meals and ate in. The daily lodging rate cost us $40 more per night per family than last year, but we easily recoup the difference by saving on meals. Bottom line - amazing place. We're all playing the lottery every week, in hopes of winning the 1 point whatever million required to buy 9 Delaware Avenue.

We are having a wonderful time at 34A Olive Ave. This is a most comfortable and beautiful home filled with personal touches. We're so happy to be here!

I can not say enough good things about the 68 Park rental. We were unable to rent this property for the last two years were so glad to be back. The house continues to be well cared for, the kitchen amenities are amazing, everything is clean and in working order in the home, great instructions for care and use of house items, outside shower is the best, upgrade on tv's in the house since we last rented, etc., etc.
This is a wonderful home and rental property.

It was the perfect rental property for our family and we enjoyed our time at the beach.

My family had a great time at North Shores. It was right across from the beach and the pool was across the parking lot. Everything was so convenient. The townhouse had everything we needed and was neat and clean. Best of all, we enjoyed all the toys in the cabinet. My 2 granddaughters were always occupied with the activities in that cabinet. Thank you for a great vacation Hope to stay next year.

This house is up to date and has everything you'll need for a relaxing vacation. Bay front with great views and at the street end with a quiet "picnic area" that is rarely used and a community pool. Only a mile drive to the beach and close proximity to restaurants like harpoon Hannas, papa grande, and catch 54. We definitely recommend this house for people trying to get away.

We stayed at this beautiful 3 level home during the SeaWitch Festival and it was perfect (Thurs-Sun)! The house is fairly new and the owner did a fabulous job building it out and decorating it. There is so much room in this home and very well appointed. We had 6 couples and two young children. There was plenty of room for everyone without feeling overcrowded. We could have easily had two more couples and a couple more kids stay with no problem. The kitchen is perfect for cooking in and well stocked with all the necessities (pots, pans, utensils, toaster, dishes, coffee cups, glasses...). We cooked a big Italian dinner on Friday night and there was plenty of counter space for creating a buffet style dinner. They have a huge dining table that easily sat 12 people for dinner and games afterwards. The open floor plan was inviting and roomy, providing a very comfortable living area with 3 leather sofas for watching tv or just relaxing and chatting. The bedrooms were surprisingly very clean and large with lots of closet space for a rental home . And the beds were extremely comfortable. I suggest bringing your own linens and extra pillows & blankets if desired. The rental company provides a linen delivery service but luckily one of our friends owns a linen delivery service in OC and brought us sheets and towels. The first floor has a huge master bedroom w/ a King bed and handicap accessible bathroom. There is also a queen bedroom with private bath on the first floor. The second level is pretty cool with 6 bedrooms. 2 kings, 2 queens w/ baths, and 2 rooms with bunk beds. The third level has a play area and two twin size trundle beds that could easily sleep 4 people. There is a sizeable back yard with a grill. The front porch was huge with several Adirondack chairs. Great for people watching and just relaxing. Location: the house is conveniently located on the beach block and just steps away from the beach, boardwalk, Funland, the Green Turtle and Rehoboth Ave for shopping. There was plenty of parking, 3-4 cars can fit in the driveway and there is plenty of street parking. There is one designated spot on the street for the house. Lastly, Rachel, the rental agent was so pleasant to work with. Very friendly and professional and was available for all of our questions. I highly recommend this house for large groups, family getaways, & special occasions. You'll love it!

We have to say that the rooftop deck is “TO DIE FOR” – We loved it and made great use of it. The unit is beautiful decorated and we were very happy there and would return.

This house is absolutely perfect for families with children. The extra living space with child gate provides peace of mind and keeps the toys out of the main living area. The door on the stairs is so nice! We didn't have to constantly keep the kids away from the stairs. The elevator is great for bringing our suitcases up to the 3rd floor! Plenty of parking for 4 families. We have been coming to Dewey for 5 years now and this was our favorite house!

We are having a great time and love the house.

My family and I enjoyed a glorious week in your home at 61 Ocean Drive in August 2017. We appreciated each wonderful detail you put into this home (Even the raised height of the dishwasher!) It was such a joy to view the ocean from your well situated decks. We have rented many North Shore homes in the past and truly appreciated your inclusion of your quality china, food prep equipment, etc.
My granddaugher's husband is an accomplished composer/pianist and our time spent around your Steinway was an unforgettable treat.
Than you for your careful choices (I'm in my 80's - so the elevator was priceless) and lovely art. We hope to return next year!

The unit was beautifully cleaned and the bouquet of flowers on the table was a very nice touch. We love this apartment for our June and August/September rentals and look forward to the porch view.

We just returned from our week stay at 50 Wilmington, #101. We greatly enjoyed this property and it was the perfect fit and location for our family. The single-level layout and condo pool were perfect for the kids.

We stayed at 101 at Wilmington Ave. for a week and loved it! The place was clean and had what we needed. It was wonderful to be so close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The screened in porch was fantastic! The linens package was very helpful! Thanks for making our stay such a pleasant week!

We love the “ yellow house” , it meets the needs of our family , very welcoming and offers all the comforts of home. We love the porch in the mornings for coffee and in evenings for happy hour and night caps.

This property is heaven. Our Family rented this the week of Memorial Day because our youngest daughter was getting married on the beach and the venue was right next door at the Henlopen Hotel. It was fabulous for the bridal party to hang out and get ready and it worked so well to keep the bride and the groom from seeing each other the day of. It is clean and well-maintained and the location and views are the absolute BEST!! We had an absolute fabulous week here!

This beautiful and comfortable home is perfect for a fall girl’s weekend. The photos are accurate and exactly as described. The kitchen is well appointed. The home is in a great location, close to shops, restaurants, and the beach.
