Relax and enjoy the unbelievable, expansive ocean and dune views from this beautiful, newly renovated and expanded 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath, 2 outdoor shower oceanfront, corner-unit townhouse just steps away from the beach path. The townhouse has just been expanded 50% through the addition of a 3rd floor on top of the existing lovely 2-story townhouse. Accessed by an exterior 2-story spiral staircase, the new floor features an primary bedroom that like the primary bedroom on the second floor has an in-suite bathroom and amazing views; a bayside balcony; a custom shower; a washer/dryer; a kitchenette; a lounge area with amazing views and a high-end 4K TV and sleeper sofa; and an oceanfront covered porch with amazing views. The renovation has also redone the 1st floor bayside and ocean decks, which now feature Trex decking, cable railing and two nice enclosed showers with ocean/dune views. Private parking with 3 spaces is right next to the townhouse in our private, permit-enforced lot. The third floor (only) can be rented between early November and mid April separately as well.

We loved our stay in 1 Saulsbury! What a perfect location and beautiful house. It was a great idea to turn the upstairs balcony into part of the master. Gorgeous decorated and well appointed (I'd only add a dustpan whisk and a rubber scraper!).Hope to be back next year!
