Located in the Ocean Block just 7 doors to the life-guarded beach, the Pines Cottage sleeps 10 Guests in 5 Bedrooms and has 4 Full Baths. The Pines Cottage and The Oak Cottage, next door, can be rented together for larger family vacations. This 1925 historic cottage and its’ guest cottage have been completely remodeled and redecorated to provide modern comfort in a charming setting. The darling Main Cottage has 4 Bedrooms and 3 Full Bathrooms, and the Guest Cottage has 1 large Bedroom and 1 Full Bathroom. Bedroom 1 has one Queen bed with Tommy Bahama linens and Bedroom 2 has two Twin beds with Pottery Barn linens. These 2 bedrooms share a private full bathroom with a tiled shower. Bedroom 3 is a Primary Bedroom with one Queen bed, Ralph Lauren linens, a TV and a private full bathroom with a tiled shower. Bedroom 4, located on the 2nd Floor, is a Primary Bedroom with one Queen bed, Beach Bungalow linens and a private full bathroom with a shower. Bedroom 5 is in the well-loved Guest Cottage. It has two Queen beds, Horchow linens, a TV and a private full bathroom with a tub shower. The Guest Cottage also has a coffee bar, dining table and comfortable living room with a TV. In the Main Cottage, the Living Room and Dining Room are open concept with a vaulted ceiling, sky light, decorative fireplace, rattan furniture, designer fabrics, and a desk. The Kitchen has been completely remodeled and is fully equipped with Cafe appliances, granite countertops, lighting, hardwood floors, lovely dishes, glasses, barware, Lenox flatware, cookware, Keurig and traditional coffee makers, KitchenAid mixer, a pantry cabinet and more. The Screened Porch is one of the larger porches in Rehoboth Beach and is the entire length of the Main Cottage. Beautifully furnished for relaxation, it has plenty of comfortable wicker and rattan seating, decorator fabric cushions, a large TV and 2 ceiling fans. The Porch Dining Table seats 8 and there is an additional table that seats 4 for dining, playing games and putting puzzles together. The Loft Sitting Room has a rattan sofa and three chairs upholstered with Tommy Bahama fabric and a coffee table. Enjoy watching TV or reading in this delightful space. The entire 2nd Floor has new real hardwood flooring.  Guests will enjoy having a full size, stacked washer and dryer. The large furnished Patio has a large Picnic Table and 6 Adirondack Chairs. Grill steaks on the Charcoal Grill in a private, fenced garden setting that is illuminated in the evening by landscape lighting.  The large outside shower has hot and cold water. There is a clothesline for hanging sandy beach towels and bathing suits. The Main Cottage and the Guest Cottage both have central heating and air conditioning and real hardwood floors. Rentals are available for as few as 2 nights in the Spring and Fall and by the week in the Summer, from Friday to Friday, with Check-in at 3:30 p.m. and Check-out at 10:30 a.m. There is off street parking for 3 cars, and 2 seasonal parking permits are provided for on street parking. Linen Information - Kitchen Tea Towels, Bedspreads, Pillows, Pillow Protectors, Mattress Pads and Mattress Protectors are provided as part of your rental. We do not provide linen service. Guests have the option to bring linens or rent linens locally. There are 5 queen beds and 2 twin beds. Guests bring their own Beach Towels. Beach Chairs and Umbrellas can be rented on the beach between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Supplies provided - Starter rolls of Paper Towels, 1 roll of Toilet Paper in each Bathroom, 1 set of Trash/Recycling Bags, Laundry Detergent, Glass Top Range Cleaner, Dish Washing Liquid, Dishwasher Detergent, Brillo, 1 Sponge, Hand Soap in each Bathroom, Charcoal, Lighter Fluid, Grill Utensils, Broom, Dust Pan, Mop, Bucket and Replacement Light Bulbs.
