We recently stayed at 22 Lake Ave, Rehoboth Beach, from August 28 to September 4 and have only positive things to say. First, this was our first time renting from Jack Lingo (had previously rented a different house from another realtor) and was very pleased with the service that we received. Our calls and emails were always responded to quickly and clearly. Check-in was also a breeze. The stations by last name at the office parking lot made for a very quick and smooth key collection, especially on a busy Saturday check-in day.
The house was very nice with lots of space and amenities, including a pool. Everything was well maintained and well cleaned before our arrival. The location was ideal for us, just two blocks from the beach and close to shops and restaurants while still in a quiet area.Satisfied Client
