Jason Abela began visiting the Delaware Beaches while living in Central Pennsylvania. It didn't take him long to fall in love with the charm of Rehoboth Beach, and he decided to make the town his permanent home in 2015. Upon becoming a full-time resident, he immediately immersed himself in the community both as a volunteer at his church and as a director of his neighborhood homeowners' association. Before moving to Delaware, Jason served the former governor of Pennsylvania as a legislative liaison for the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection. In that role, he was responsible for managing relationships with members of the Pennsylvania General Assembly as well as advocating for environmental legislation. He is a native of Michigan and graduated from Western Michigan University. He enjoys running and biking through Rehoboth Beach's vast network of trails, spending time with his family and dogs, and gardening. He is always eager to help his clients realize their vacation home dreams.
